Forward Runtime Inc. claims the continuing SPC-token implementation extension under 47 CFR § 64.6304(b). Forward Runtime is a newly formed, non-facilities-based voice service provider that intends to serve business end users. It has obtained a business FCC Registration Number and is submitting its initial Robocall Mitigation Database filing as part of the prerequisites for completing downstream-provider onboarding and becoming eligible to obtain an SPC token. Forward Runtime does not yet possess an OCN, SPC token, or Secure Telephone Identity certificate and therefore has not implemented STIR/SHAKEN on any portion of its service. The company is actively pursuing its OCN, Policy Administrator registration, SPC token, certificate, and hosted-signing implementation through Bandwidth Inc. Forward Runtime currently has no active voice customers and has not originated any production calls. It will not enable production outbound calling until the applicable caller-ID authentication controls are implemented. Once Forward Runtime becomes capable of obtaining its SPC token and completes implementation, it will update its RMD filing within 10 business days to reflect its OCN and current STIR/SHAKEN implementation status.
