- Our company has partially implemented STIR/SHAKEN authentication. Calls originating on portions of our network are authenticated through our upstream service providers and interconnection partners. We are working toward full implementation of STIR/SHAKEN across all outbound traffic where technically feasible. We maintain a robocall mitigation program that includes monitoring call traffic patterns, reviewing customer onboarding and KYC documentation, blocking suspicious or high-risk traffic, and taking immediate action against any illegal robocall or spoofing activity. We maintain records of customer information, call logs, and respond to traceback requests from the FCC, law enforcement, and the Industry Traceback Group within 24 hours.
