It does not furnish voice service to end users in the United States and therefore falls outside the definition of voice service provider to which the caller ID authentication requirements apply. It has no STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation. Alveus provides voice service outside the United States that terminates within the United States, and so files as a Foreign Voice Service Provider certifying to Option 3. It does not hold a Service Provider Code token and accordingly holds no certificate with which to sign calls. Alveus is voluntarily pursuing a token and will update this certification within 10 business days of implementing authentication.
