47 CFR § 64.6301(a). Ninety Nine Technologies LLC provides customers with access to its calling software and resells telephone numbers and underlying voice service obtained from Telnyx LLC. All outbound calls placed through the filer’s software are transmitted to Telnyx for origination over Telnyx-controlled network facilities. Ninety Nine Technologies LLC does not own or control the SIP switches, STIR/SHAKEN certificates, or caller ID authentication infrastructure necessary to authenticate and sign calls. Telnyx performs the applicable caller ID authentication functions on the underlying network. Ninety Nine Technologies LLC therefore lacks the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN independently. The filer maintains and follows a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305.
