- As a provider of interconnected VoIP and cloud communications services, our robocall mitigation program is built on strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols. All prospective enterprise and SMB accounts undergo thorough business identity validation prior to network provisioning. We strictly enforce a comprehensive Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that expressly prohibits unlawful automated dialing, illegal spoofing, and unsolicited marketing campaigns. We actively monitor outbound network activity for anomalous volumetric patterns consistent with illegal robocalling. Upon detection of such traffic, or upon receipt of traceback requests from the Industry Traceback Group (ITG), the FCC, or other regulatory bodies, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy. We immediately suspend or terminate the offending traffic and provide full, 24/7 cooperation with investigating authorities to identify the upstream source.
