47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i). One Health Link has selected "No STIR/SHAKEN Implementation" because it does not control the network infrastructure required for implementation. Bandwidth is One Health Link's underlying voice service provider; One Health Link does not operate the SIP network layer, obtain or use an SPC token or STIR/SHAKEN certificate, provide direct PSTN interconnection, or independently authenticate caller ID information. Where STIR/SHAKEN authentication applies, Bandwidth or another registered upstream voice service provider performs it. One Health Link's outbound calls are workflow-generated healthcare operations calls. Each call is triggered by a defined platform action or operational need. Examples include, but are not limtied to, contacting a pharmacy to correct, clarify, or complete a prescription-related action. The platform does not permit illegal robocalling, spoofing, prerecorded or artificial voice campaigns, or generalized high-volume outbound calling. These restrictions are part of One Health Link's robocall mitigation controls.
