Pursuant to the FCC rules regarding entities that lack control over the network facilities necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN (47 CFR § 64.6304), the filer is exempt from direct implementation. The filer is a non-facilities-based, over-the-top (OTT) software platform. We do not hold an Operating Company Number (OCN), nor do we have direct interconnection to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). All outbound calls generated by our software are immediately routed via SIP to our underlying wholesale carrier, BulkVS. BulkVS handles the physical telecom routing and applies the STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication on our behalf before the calls reach the PSTN.
