It does not operate the IP network infrastructure on which calls are authenticated and therefore does not control the network segments where STIR/SHAKEN signing occurs. Authentication is performed by the Company's underlying facilities-based wholesale provider. Because the Company does not have STIR/SHAKEN implemented on any portion of its network, it certifies under Option 3 and performs a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), as detailed in its uploaded Robocall Mitigation Program Description.
