Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 64.6305, NEWCALL certifies that it has implemented reasonable measures to prevent the origination, transmission, carrying, or processing of illegal robocall traffic, including customer verification (KYC) procedures, contractual compliance requirements, traffic monitoring, fraud detection controls, traceback cooperation procedures, and mitigation and enforcement measures. Accordingly, NEWCALL relies on its Robocall Mitigation Program and certifies compliance with applicable FCC robocall mitigation requirements.
