The company performs customer verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures prior to activating service, monitors network traffic for suspicious activity, investigates reports of illegal robocalling, and promptly suspends or terminates services used in violation of applicable laws or company policies. 1st Stop Communication LLC maintains records sufficient to identify customers utilizing its services and cooperates with law enforcement agencies, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Industry Traceback Group.
