- Our company has partially implemented STIR/SHAKEN authentication. Calls originating on portions of our network are authenticated through our upstream service providers and interconnection partners. We are working toward full implementation of STIR/SHAKEN across all outbound traffic where technically feasible. We maintain a robocall mitigation program that includes monitoring call traffic patterns, reviewing customer onboarding and KYC documentation, blocking suspicious or high-risk traffic, and taking immediate action against any illegal robocall or spoofing activity.
