As a reseller, Sky-Com does not own or control the underlying network infrastructure. Sky Switch, as the upstream provider, controls the network and is responsible for the actual STIR/SHAKEN signing of calls using their own certificates and filing to this body. Option 1 (Complete) requires that you have fully implemented STIR/SHAKEN across your entire network and that all calls are authenticated using your own SPC token and certificate registered with the STIR/SHAKEN Policy Administrator. As a reseller relying on SkySwitch's infrastructure, this does not apply to us. Option 2 (Partial) similarly requires that you have implemented STIR/SHAKEN on at least a portion of your own network using your own credentials. This also does not reflect our actual engagement.
