This exemption applies to our company, Desktop Remote Solution, for the following reasons: 1. We are a small, privately-held business consultancy with a limited number of employees. 2. We operate an internal PBX system for our team's use, and our subscriber line count is substantially below the 100,000-line threshold established by the FCC for this exemption. Therefore, as a small voice service provider, we currently qualify for this implementation exemption. We are, however, fully committed to our robocall mitigation program as certified in the previous section.
