All voice traffic is originated through licensed upstream carriers that implements STIR/SHAKEN signing on PeakSend's behalf. As a software platform without its own network or SPC token, PeakSend is exempt from the direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation under 47 CFR § 64.6301(b), which exempts providers that lack the technical capability to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to the nature of their network architecture.
