- RevelAi does not operate as a telecommunications carrier or voice service provider as defined under 47 CFR § 64.6300 et seq., and does not originate calls on its own network. As an application-layer platform, RevelAi utilizes third-party telecommunications providers (e.g., Twilio) for call routing, PSTN connectivity, and STIR/SHAKEN implementation. Because RevelAi does not control call signaling at the network level and does not have the ability to implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication directly, the STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirements under 47 CFR § 64.6301 do not apply. These obligations are fulfilled by the underlying voice service providers responsible for call origination and attestation. RevelAi maintains a robocall mitigation approach appropriate to its role, including customer verification, use-case restrictions, and monitoring of outbound calling activity to prevent misuse of the platform.
