Exemption rules
According to the FCC Order the company is exempt from STIR/SHAKEN because it does not control the network infrastructure necessary to authenticate calls and is a wireless reseller with no network. We have no access to any IP Portion of a call or the SIP header of any call in order to authenticate a call. Pursuant to the FCC Order the Company relies on its underlying its upstream providers (underlying carriers) for all Level A attestation related to the numbers which is receives from those upstream providers.  The Company does not issue their own phone numbers and is a reseller of these numbers which they purchase and resell from their upstream providers. The upstream providers authenticate and provide the appropriate attestation for the Company calls.
