The ZEGs Corp (DBA ZEGIT Tech Solutions) is a non-facilities based voice service provider and an MSP that does not own, operate, or control any IP voice network infrastructure or SIP signaling facilities for call origination. All calls placed by our customers are originated exclusively on the network facilities of our upstream wholesale VoIP provider. Because we lack the control over the netowrk infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication, we have no STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation. We rely on our upstream provider for any authentication where available and instead focus on our robocall mitigation efforts by vetting our customers/clients, contractual prohibitions, traffic monitoring, and full cooperation with traceback requests.
