- GameForce Telecom LLC is a small voice service provider that originates calls exclusively through an upstream SIP trunk provider (TBI - Transaction Based Infrastructure) that implements STIR/SHAKEN signing on all calls transiting its network. Per 47 CFR 64.6301(a)(2), providers that exclusively use an intermediate provider or other provider that signs calls on their behalf have implemented STIR/SHAKEN on that portion of their network. GameForce Telecom is actively pursuing acquisition of an SPC token through the STI-PA (iconectiv) to implement direct STIR/SHAKEN signing on its Kamailio SIP proxy infrastructure. Until direct signing is operational, all originating calls receive STIR/SHAKEN attestation through TBI's signing infrastructure. The portions of the network not yet directly implementing STIR/SHAKEN are subject to the robocall mitigation program described in the attached PDF.
