Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i), RedRoverIT is unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to a lack of control over the network infrastructure necessary for implementation. RedRoverIT relies on its upstream provider (SkySwitch) to perform all call authentication and STIR/SHAKEN signing. RedRoverIT mitigates robocalls through strict manual customer vetting (KYC) and a commitment to 24-hour traceback cooperation.
