- Envision Consulting LLC is a non-facilities-based reseller of voice services operating on the SkySwitch UCaaS platform. As a reseller, Envision does not own or operate the underlying network infrastructure through which calls are transmitted. STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligations under 47 CFR § 64.6301 apply to voice service providers that operate their own network infrastructure. SkySwitch (PayG, LLC), as the facilities-based provider, implements STIR/SHAKEN on behalf of its resellers at the network level. Envision does not independently originate calls into the PSTN and therefore does not have a direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation. Envision maintains a Robocall Mitigation Plan consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) and commits to respond to all traceback requests within 24 hours.
