Robocall Mitigation Program – Partial STIR/SHAKEN Implementation Statement Company Name: RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC hereby states that it is currently operating under a partial STIR/SHAKEN implementation framework in accordance with 47 CFR § 64.6301–64.6306 and related FCC orders governing caller ID authentication. Current Implementation Status At present, RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC does not yet directly sign all outbound calls using its own STIR/SHAKEN infrastructure (STI-AS). However, the company ensures that a portion of its traffic is authenticated through upstream carriers and partners that are fully compliant with STIR/SHAKEN requirements. Specifically: Outbound calls are routed via STIR/SHAKEN-enabled upstream providers that apply appropriate attestation levels (A/B/C) using their own SPC tokens. The company has established commercial and technical relationships only with carriers that are registered in the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) and actively enforce caller ID authentication frameworks. Planned Full Implementation RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC is actively in the process of completing its own STIR/SHAKEN deployment. The company intends to: Obtain its own Service Provider Code (SPC) token from an approved STI-PA authorized Certification Authority. Deploy STI Authentication Service (STI-AS) and STI Verification Service (STI-VS) infrastructure within its network. Implement full call signing capabilities for all eligible outbound traffic originating from its network. Ensure compliance with all FCC mandates regarding attestation levels and certificate management. The company expects to complete this transition within a reasonable timeframe and will update its Robocall Mitigation Database certification accordingly upon full implementation. Robocall Mitigation Measures During Partial Implementation While operating under partial implementation, RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC maintains a comprehensive robocall mitigation program, including: 1. Customer Vetting & KYC Mandatory identity verification for all customers Business registration validation and fraud risk assessment Ongoing monitoring of customer activity 2. Traffic Monitoring & Control Real-time monitoring of traffic patterns (ACD, ASR, CPS, call spikes) Automated and manual fraud detection systems Immediate suspension of suspicious or non-compliant traffic 3. Caller ID Authentication Controls Enforcement of valid Caller ID usage Requirement that all CLI numbers have active inbound reachability Prevention of spoofed, invalid, or unallocated numbers 4. Upstream Carrier Compliance Routing traffic exclusively through STIR/SHAKEN-compliant carriers Ensuring authentication is applied at the earliest feasible point in the call path 5. Zero Tolerance Policy Immediate account suspension or termination for illegal robocalling, spoofing, or fraudulent activity Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required Conclusion RAJVEER AND CHAHAT COMMUNICATIONS LLC is currently operating under a partial STIR/SHAKEN implementation model, relying on compliant upstream carriers for call authentication while actively progressing toward full in-network implementation. The company remains fully committed to FCC compliance, prevention of illegal robocalls, and the deployment of complete STIR/SHAKEN capabilities, including obtaining its own SPC token and signing outbound calls directly.
