Event Radio Rentals / ERR Mobility is not a voice service provider as defined by the FCC and does not originate, carry, or terminate voice traffic on the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Pursuant to the FCC’s rules implementing the TRACED Act, including 47 CFR § 64.6300 et seq., STIR/SHAKEN obligations apply only to voice service providers that originate calls using North American Numbering Plan (NANP) resources. Event Radio Rentals / ERR Mobility does not assign telephone numbers, does not provide interconnected VoIP services, and does not originate voice calls. The company provides land mobile radio (LMR) equipment and communications services only, which operate outside the PSTN and are not subject to STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirements. Accordingly, STIR/SHAKEN implementation is not applicable, and no mitigation program specific to voice call authentication is required.
