Work Pulse does not have a direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation because it does not control U.S. numbering resources or operate as a facilities-based carrier. All outbound and inbound voice traffic from Work Pulse is routed through upstream telecommunications providers that have implemented STIR/SHAKEN authentication in compliance with FCC rules under 47 CFR § 64.6301. These upstream carriers are responsible for call signing and authentication. Work Pulse maintains a robocall mitigation program that includes monitoring traffic patterns, maintaining customer verification procedures, and cooperating with traceback requests from the U.S. Traceback Consortium and other regulatory or law enforcement entities. If any suspicious or illegal robocall activity is identified, appropriate action is taken including suspension or termination of the responsible customer.
