We are a voice service provider that does not originate calls to the public switched telephone network. According to 47 CFR §64.6300(a)(2)(i), providers that do not originate calls to the PSTN are exempt from STIR/SHAKEN and robocall mitigation obligations. Therefore, this exemption applies because our operations are limited to terminating calls for our customers, and we do not generate outbound traffic ourselves.
