SLINC Voice LLC is a reseller of voice services operating on the SkySwitch platform (NetSapiens-based). SLINC Voice LLC does not own, operate, or control network switching or transmission facilities and does not directly originate calls to the PSTN. All call origination and STIR/SHAKEN authentication is performed by the upstream platform provider, SkySwitch, using its own SPC token and certificates. Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(2), providers that exclusively use intermediate providers that have implemented STIR/SHAKEN are not required to implement STIR/SHAKEN themselves. SLINC Voice LLC relies entirely on SkySwitch's compliant STIR/SHAKEN implementation for call authentication.
