Exemption rules: 1 Point Networks is an interconnected VoIP reseller that provides retail voice services to end users but does not operate its own network facilities, softswitch, session border controllers, or authentication infrastructure capable of implementing STIR/SHAKEN directly. 1 Point Networks obtains numbering resources and underlying transmission services from one or more facilities-based voice service providers that are responsible for implementing STIR/SHAKEN authentication. 1 Point Networks does not independently sign or authenticate SIP identity headers and relies on its underlying carrier(s) to perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication on traffic originated by 1 Point Networks' end users.
