Exemption rules: Troy Simplified Technologies, Inc. operates as a non-facilities-based Voice Service Provider providing hosted PBX and VoIP services to business end-users. The company does not operate its own facilities-based voice network or directly implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication. Outbound calls originating from customer systems are delivered to the PSTN through upstream carrier partners, including Flowroute for our hosted PBX services and ioTRAN for certain legacy voice systems where ioTRAN functions as the underlying carrier within that platform ecosystem. As a result, STIR/SHAKEN authentication and network-level call signing are implemented by our upstream carrier partners that interface directly with the PSTN.
