TTT Enterprises LLC (“TTT”) is a non-facilities-based reseller of VoIP services, primarily serving our Remote IT Support client base. TTT does not own, operate, or control the physical network infrastructure or softswitch hardware required to implement the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework directly. Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(b) and (d), TTT is exempt from direct implementation as it is technically incapable of obtaining an SPC token. All call authentication and signing are performed by TTT’s upstream provider, Talking Platforms/ioTRAN, a STIR/SHAKEN-compliant provider registered in the Robocall Mitigation Database.
