While U.S. DIDs may occasionally be obtained from third-party providers for specific customer use cases, we do not own, assign, or manage these numbering resources and does not act as the originating voice service provider for calls to the U.S. PSTN. Calls may transit through our network; however, we function solely as a pass-through or transit provider and does not originate calls or have the technical ability to authenticate calls using STIR/SHAKEN. STIR/SHAKEN signing responsibility rests with the originating service provider that controls the calling numbers. In accordance with FCC requirements, we implemented a robocall mitigation program to prevent the transmission of illegal robocalls, including customer due diligence, traffic monitoring, contractual controls, and cooperation with traceback requests.
