The filer is exempt from the STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirement under 47 CFR § 64.6301 because it does not operate its own IP‑based voice network and does not have the technical capability to perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication. All outbound calls are routed through our upstream carrier, VoIP.ms, who performs STIR/SHAKEN signing and attestation. As a non‑facilities‑based VoIP provider serving end users, we are not subject to the STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation and instead maintain a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a).
