- As a Canadian-based voice service provider, we qualify for the foreign provider exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6305(g)(2). We do not operate facilities in the United States, nor do we directly interconnect with the U.S. PSTN. Our calls that terminate to U.S. numbers are handed off through our upstream U.S.-based partner, SkySwitch, which performs STIR/SHAKEN authentication on our behalf. Accordingly, we do not have a STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation and instead maintain a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a).
