Tech Turnaround is a reseller and hosted VoIP provider that relies on its upstream carrier, CoreDial, for implementation of STIR/SHAKEN authentication in the IP portions of the network pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(2). Tech Turnaround does not directly control the IP network elements responsible for call authentication and does not maintain its own STI certificates. All outbound traffic is authenticated and attested by CoreDial in accordance with FCC requirements. Because Tech Turnaround relies on its upstream provider for STIR/SHAKEN implementation, it does not independently implement STIR/SHAKEN but instead complies with FCC rules through its upstream carrier relationship. Tech Turnaround has implemented a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6304 to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls.
