BITS is a voice service reseller and lacks control over the network infrastructure necessary to directly implement the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework (47 CFR § 64.6304(b) (formerly listed as part of 64.6305 in some guidance). BITS utilizes the services of an upstream provider, VoIP.ms, which is responsible for the authentication and attestation of calls originated on our behalf. BITS maintains a robust robocall mitigation program, including strict Know-Your-Customer (KYC) protocols and a commitment to respond to all traceback requests within 24 hours to ensure the integrity of our voice traffic
