TEKSwork is a VoIP reseller and does not operate its own switching facilities or originating network infrastructure. As such, TEKSwork does not have the technical ability to independently implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication across the entirety of the originating call path. In accordance with 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(2), TEKSwork relies on its upstream carrier partners to perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication for originating traffic where technically feasible. All calls originated by TEKSwork customers are subject to a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), including customer vetting, acceptable use policies, traffic monitoring, and prompt response to traceback requests. TEKSwork commits to responding fully and within 24 hours to traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium and to cooperate in investigating and stopping illegal robocall traffic.
