Wiggs Communications LLC operates solely as a downstream service provider and/or reseller that facilitates voice services for end users and enterprise customers. The company does not engage in the origination of outbound robocalls, telemarketing campaigns, or automated calling traffic. All outbound calling activity is initiated directly by end users or customer-controlled systems, and any such traffic is subject to applicable customer agreements, acceptable use policies, and compliance obligations.
