- Effective December 2025, I have entered into an agreement with 382 Communications Corp., an upstream facilities-based voice service provider, under which 382 Communications now performs full STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication (signing and verification) on 100 % of my IP-originated traffic. 382 Communications applies A-level or B-level attestation (as appropriate) using its own STI-GA-issued token and digital certificate. Because I now have STIR/SHAKEN fully implemented across my entire network through this upstream provider, I am withdrawing my previous certification under 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(1)(iii) (exemption for providers that lack control over network infrastructure) and am now certifying full implementation pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(1)(i). This update is being submitted within 10 business days of the change in my implementation status as required by 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(5).
