Accordingly, EASEDIAL LLC is not an originating voice service provider subject to STIR/SHAKEN authentication obligations under 47 CFR § 64.6301. EASEDIAL LLC receives traffic from upstream originating providers and relies on the STIR/SHAKEN authentication applied by those originating carriers where available. As an intermediate provider, EASEDIAL LLC’s robocall mitigation responsibilities are fulfilled through traffic monitoring, caller ID validation, traceback cooperation, and upstream partner compliance controls rather than call authentication signing.
