- On August 25, 2025, the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission commenced an administrative enforcement action pursuant to its August 25, 2025 Order in In the Matter of Robocall Mitigation Database Filers, resulting in the removal of the Company from the Robocall Mitigation Database. The Enforcement Bureau found that the Company’s certification was deficient because a Robocall Mitigation Plan was not on file at the time of filing. This deficient filing constituted the only finding of wrongdoing. The Bureau made no findings that the Company engaged in illegal robocalling, spoofing, or related misconduct. The Company subsequently submitted a Robocall Mitigation Plan and updated certification to address the deficiency. The Company’s listing has since been reinstated on a provisional basis, and the submission is currently under review by the Commission. No Notice of Apparent Liability, forfeiture order, consent decree, or monetary penalty has been issued. The removal from the Robocall Mitigation Database constituted the enforcement action, and no final determination imposing liability or penalties has been made.
