- The following policy applies to all customers of IP phone system and comprise of our Robocall mitigation plan to avoid originating illegal Robo call traffic from our network Contract requirement Our agreement clarify and prohibit passing illegal Robo calls through any of our Switches or Network and define precise requirement for ASR, LCD, and other traffic statistic customer who violate these rules are subject to immediate termination without notification if IP phone system believes illegal. Traffic has been passed through its network. The customer sends traffic for forfeit confidentially, and all data will be shared with industry partners in law-enforcement as required by regulatory bodies.

- The principal of the filer, Carl Brown, had an entry in the RMD in his own name and was removed by the FCC from the RMD pursuant to FCC Order 25-737, dated August 25, 2025, for failing to update his RMD entry with required information. The filer, IP Phone Inc., was administratively removed from the RMD in August, 2025, as well, because the FCC determined that it was a refile by Carl Brown instead of providing the required information under his original filing, which is not permitted under the RMD removal order Order 25-737 dated August 25, 2025. In subsequent conversations between the FCC and Mr. Brown, IP Phone Inc. was the preferred entity for Carl Brown and was retained in the RMD at his request and with FCC approval. Accordingly, the RMD entry for Carl Brown remains removed, and this entry for IP Phone Inc. hereby reflects the relationship between Carl Brown and IP Phone Inc. and provides the required information for RMD filings. IP Phone Inc. was provisionally reinstated by the FCC in September, 2025.
