Description: On December 10, 2024 the FCC sent a notification directing Altigen to cure the deficiencies in its Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification and notify the Bureau that the deficiencies have been cured, or otherwise file a response explaining why the Bureau should not remove the Company’s certification from the RMD. That notification was sent to certain employees of Altigen who no longer work or the company. As such the company was not aware of its non-compliance until the August 25, 2025 order to remove Altigen from the RMD. Since becoming aware of this issue, Altigen has responded to the FCC Enforcement Bureau and Wireline Competition Bureau with an explanation of its failure to respond within the time allotted and with its updated robocall mitigation plan. Altigen has further requested to be reinstated in the Robocall Mitigation Database. At this point in time we are waiting for approval from the aforementioned FCC authorities.
