- TrunkIQ LLC has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework because it does not currently possess an Operating Company Number (OCN), which is a prerequisite for obtaining SPC tokens and participating in the STIR/SHAKEN ecosystem. An application for an OCN has been submitted to NECA, and TrunkIQ will immediately initiate STIR/SHAKEN deployment upon issuance. In the interim, all originated traffic is subject to a comprehensive robocall mitigation program in accordance with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), as detailed in the uploaded Robocall Mitigation Plan.; TrunkIQ LLC has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework for gateway traffic because it does not currently hold an Operating Company Number (OCN), which is required to obtain STI-SPC tokens for participation in the STIR/SHAKEN ecosystem. TrunkIQ has submitted an OCN application to NECA and intends to implement STIR/SHAKEN for gateway traffic as soon as credentials are issued. In the meantime, TrunkIQ enforces a robust robocall mitigation program as detailed in its filed Robocall Mitigation Plan, including inbound call screening, threat intelligence feeds, DNO enforcement, and traceback cooperation, in accordance with 47 CFR § 64.6305(b).; TrunkIQ LLC has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework for intermediate (transiting) traffic because it does not currently possess an Operating Company Number (OCN), which is required to obtain SPC tokens and participate in the STIR/SHAKEN trust ecosystem. TrunkIQ has submitted an OCN application to NECA and intends to implement STIR/SHAKEN for intermediate traffic promptly upon issuance. In the meantime, TrunkIQ enforces a layered robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(c), as described in its Robocall Mitigation Plan, including real-time call analytics, traceback cooperation, and vetting of upstream providers.
