The only voice-related functionality we provide is passive call forwarding of inbound calls received on our SMS-dedicated numbers to customer-designated endpoints. As we do not originate, authenticate, or modify voice traffic, we fall outside the definition of a 'voice service provider' subject to STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirements under 47 CFR § 64.6301. We function solely as a messaging service provider with incidental call routing capabilities.
