- We qualify for exemption from STIR/SHAKEN implementation under 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) because we do not have the technical capability to implement STIR/SHAKEN on our network at this time. We operate as a small VoIP provider without our own SS7 interconnections and rely entirely on upstream carriers for call termination. We have implemented a robocall mitigation program consistent with FCC requirements, including blocking known illegal robocalls, responding fully to traceback requests within 24 hours, and cooperating with law enforcement and the Commission to investigate and mitigate illegal robocalls. We will implement STIR/SHAKEN when technically and financially feasible
