- Advance Innovative Solutions, Inc. qualifies for a STIR/SHAKEN implementation exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(1), which applies to voice service providers that do not have control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. We originate SIP-based outbound calls for a few select enterprise clients using an upstream provider who currently signs calls on our behalf. We do not have direct control over the interconnection to the PSTN. We are currently in the process of obtaining our own SPC token and certificate in order to implement direct STIR/SHAKEN authentication. Until then, we are complying with the Robocall Mitigation Program and have implemented practices to ensure that no unlawful robocalls are originated on our platform.
