Exemption rules
The filer claims an exemption from the STIR/SHAKEN implementation mandate pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(d), as we are a non-facilities-based VoIP service provider. All PSTN-bound call traffic is routed through our upstream carrier (Telnyx and VoipInnovations), who is responsible for STIR/SHAKEN authentication and attestation. We do not have direct access to the underlying SIP interconnects or SS7 infrastructure. We manage hosted PBX systems and customer-facing services but do not originate, transit, or terminate calls using our own facilities. Therefore, the exemption applies in full and we rely on our upstream carrier’s STIR/SHAKEN implementation.
