Exemption rules: As a reseller of SIP trunking services without control over network infrastructure, we are exempt from STIR/SHAKEN implementation per 47 CFR 64.6305(d)(2)(i). All calls are routed through our upstream provider, Telnyx, which implements STIR/SHAKEN authentication using their Service Provider Code token and certificate. Our company provides cloud PBX services, reselling Telnyx SIP trunks for voice and SMS. We mitigate robocalls by: (1) configuring PBX systems to use Telnyx’s STIR/SHAKEN-compliant SIP trunks; (2) enforcing caller ID verification in PBX settings (e.g., +E.164 format); (3) requiring client consent for outbound calling campaigns; (4) maintaining a registered 10DLC SMS campaign for compliant messaging; (5) monitoring client call patterns for suspicious activity (e.g., high-volume outbound calls); and (6) cooperating fully with FCC and Industry Traceback Group (ITG) traceback requests. We regularly audit client configurations to ensure compliance with FCC regulations.
