- We resell a fully white-labeled VoIP phone system provided by /Trunking.IO/Ooma/2600Hz. All call origination, transport, infrastructure, and STIR/SHAKEN signing is handled by our upstream provider. We do not operate our own switching or signing infrastructure. We still do KYC of all our customers while onboarding them on platform and performing A2P 10DLC. Under 47 CFR § 64.6304(f)(2), a provider is exempt from the STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirement if it does not originate calls on an IP-based network, or relies entirely on the upstream originating provider to perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication.
