- 47 CFR § 64.6304(e) Our company is a foreign voice service provider located outside of the United States, with no operations, infrastructure, or facilities based in the U.S. We do not originate voice calls on IP networks within the United States and are therefore not capable of implementing STIR/SHAKEN in the manner required by 47 CFR § 64.6302. As such, we are exempt under 47 CFR § 64.6304(e). Nonetheless, we have implemented a robocall mitigation program in compliance with 47 CFR § 64.6305, which includes reasonable measures to prevent the origination, transmission, or termination of illegal robocalls and a commitment to respond fully and within 24 hours to traceback requests.
