- KOMPAAS.tech is a foreign voice service provider that does not control NANP numbering resources and therefore is presently ineligible to obtain an SPC token under the STI Governance Authority’s eligibility policy. Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(b), the Provider is exempt from mandatory STIR/SHAKEN implementation until such time as it becomes capable of obtaining an SPC token. Although our direct traffic toward the United States is relatively small, we operate a robocall-mitigation program that covers every outbound route, including U.S.-bound calls. Key elements include KYC vetting, real-time call-analytics with automatic blocking of Do-Not-Originate ranges, and 24-hour traceback response procedures. All U.S. termination is handed to upstream carriers that have fully deployed STIR/SHAKEN, ensuring calls we originate are signed before entering the U.S. network.
