Exemption rules
United States Telecommunications Corporation has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework but is in the final phase of deployment. All required equipment and systems are fully installed and operational. We are now awaiting issuance of our SPC token to activate full implementation across our network. Once token access is granted and upstream coordination is complete, we will update our certification status to reflect full compliance under 47 CFR § 64.6301(a). Until that point, we are submitting a Robocall Mitigation Plan in accordance with FCC rules.; United States Telecommunications Corporation has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework for gateway traffic, but full implementation is underway. All required systems and infrastructure are fully deployed. We are currently awaiting SPC token issuance to activate STIR/SHAKEN across our network, including gateway provider functionality. Once completed, United States Telecommunications Corporation intends to certify full compliance under 47 CFR § 64.6302(b).
